Elk Valley Christian School is properly registered with the State Superintendent of Schools of the West Virginia.
Department of Education, operating under the provisions of Exemption K, Article 8, Chapter 18 and is in compliance with
provisions of Article 28, Chapter 18, of the Code of West Virginia.
